Pay My Bill

District customers can pay their regular utility bill by using:

Check and money order payments can be mailed to us (15205 41st Avenue SE, Bothell, WA 98012), or left in the after-hours payment drop box located in our parking lot. Please make sure to include your pay stub to ensure staff applies the payment to the correct account. Customers should not mail or place cash in the after-hours drop box.

Customers can also pay by telephone by calling 1-844-956-1375 through Invoice Cloud. Customers will need their full ten digit account number to find their outstanding invoices. Invoice Cloud charges a $4.60 fee for their telephone payment service. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or E.Check.

You can also set up recurring automatic payments by filling out this form and returning it to the District office.

The District does not accept Visa / Mastercard / American Express, or EZ Check payments for new connection fees or other District invoices.
